Review the plan before receiving the units
An order for furniture must be contrasted with gaps, connections and measurements of the space where it will be installed. If you already have the furniture, it provides its plan and relation of pieces. The installation of the furniture can thus study what comes prepared and what adjustments the joints require, without assuming that all the references will fit directly into the wall. See also: furniture installation.
A fixation depends on what is behind it
Tall furniture needs adequate support for its anchoring system and intended load. The finish of the wall does not allow its conditions to be deduced by itself. It is advisable to check this support and locate the installations before assembly, especially if the height or position of the units is being changed with respect to the previous ones.
Check the service with the doors open
The final review should consider openings, drawers and access to connections, in addition to visible alignments. If an integrated appliance is part of the set, its panel and ventilation require coordination of their own. Includes the installation of appliances in the range where appropriate so that there is no necessary part of the assembly to be defined later.
