When reading an opinion about a renovation, look for what was done and what aspect the person values: the organization, the explanation of the quote or an adjustment to the assembly. A short phrase can express satisfaction, but it does not allow us to deduce that all orders have the same scope, the same materials or the same conditions.

Separate a photograph from the execution of a work
An image is used to talk about colours, layout and surfaces. On its own, it does not prove who did the work or how the facilities were resolved.
